I work with highly sensitive and empathetic people (HSP)– my favorite people of all. I offer a map to reconnect you to your highest game of life  I guide you to alight to your spirit’s delight. I look forward to witnessing your transformation into an abundant, joyful life.

Being highly sensitive is good news. Starting right now, if you choose, we will go together in a new direction with a new inner narrative and positive self-talk about what it means to be sensitive. I want to show you how good things can be, and how to tap into your own wisdom and power. Tools proven to work for highly sensitive people are handy to know too. Let's lighten things up a bit. Life can be so harsh, relentless and loud. In my space, it's gentle, safe, light, cheerful and compassionate. I invite you to join me there.  

My coaching approach is founded on what has worked for me, my clients, and students. It is informed by the powerful modalities I have learned, and my decades of teaching experience – and most importantly, how I have come into my own as an HSP.

I work with clients from around the world online via zoom. You can book one session when you need just a little one-on-one guidance, or we can work together on an ongoing basis. My intention is to work with my community of highly sensitive people and introverts as they realize just how powerful, strong, wise and amazing they are. I also provide support to HSPs who are supporting others including therapists, coaches, and alternative medicine practitioners. We all need a calm safe place to rest, regroup, and revitalize.

Maryse Cardin is a coach, a workshop leader, a university teacher and a speaker.  She is the author of several best-selling books on positive and loving self-talk including Self Talk Love for Sensitives, Speaking to Yourself with Love, and 5-Minute Morning Magic. Maryse is an avid meditator who wakes up each morning seeking a life filled with love and happiness. Maryse is driven by her desire for everyone to have lives filled with self-love, health, calm, joy and fulfillment.  She runs her writing and coaching practice out of a cedar cottage in her garden in British Colombia.
